Hubby is on vacation this week so while we are not traveling, we do have some planned activities. That means create when I can and there probably won’t be everyday posts this week.
I got in the new A Jillian Vance Design slimline dies and started playing with them on Sunday. Here is my first card featuring the Slimline Essentials Backdrop and Slimline Stitched Plaid Cover Plate die sets. I like how they designed all the new slimline dies with matching stitching so the sets can be mixed & matched as well as including several dies that can stand alone for other projects very versatile.
One of their designers cut 2 plaid cover plate pieces & flipped one to create a different background layer so that was the first technique I used. It’s hard to see the details but it’s beautiful.
I also used Penny Black’s Joyous Season and a combination of Penny Black & Simon Says Stamp snowflake dies.
