Hi Angels!
My eye surgery was a complete success and I have 20/20 vision, the left eye is scheduled for the 16th. After being able to see how much colors had dulled for me, even though the left eye wasn’t as bad, everything was so dull & dingy looking after the right eye was fixed, I decided to get it fixed too. Colors are so important to us as artists. Refreshed sight is my Christmas present this year.
While we were off watching Christmas with The Chosen – The Messengers, last night there was a Bible Journaling session over on Instagram. I caught up with it today & created a New Year’s Prayer.
Based on John 1:45 Philip finds Nathanael and tells him, “We’ve found the one that Moses in the Torah, and also the prophets, wrote about – Yeshua of Natzeret, the son of Joseph!” TLV
Philip was obviously a student of the Word and knew it well. We were encouraged to reflect on the time spent with God & His Word in the New Year.
I have always much preferred goals over resolutions for the New Year. May we all become messengers of God’s Word & love.
