Hi Angels!
I made it just barely. I got a final design done for the My Favorite Things Contest in the Innovation Master category.
Because we are on retreat, I had a whole cheering section here going you can do this design & create. So here it is, Song In My Heart…….
I tried a tunnel card for the 1st time. I used the Inside & Out Stitch Circle Stax for my circles. I love the MFT Inside & Out Die-namics sets because I get a stitch line on the positive & negative die cuts. I used Distess Oxides & the MFT Mini Cloud Edges Stencil for the backgrounds.
I stamped & colored with regular colored pencils several elements from MFT Tweet Friends, Scene Builder & Brillant Blooms stamp sets & fussy cut them out to build my design. The sentiments come from Tweet Friends & Essential Sentiments set and were die cut with the Fishtail Flag Trio Die-namics.
This card was so much fun to design even with a bit of time pressure to get it posted in time. The Angels & I are on the road home tomorrow. It’s been a great retreat.
