Are you ready for a crafty weekend? I think I got off to a great start when I took the watercolor stencil class from MansiMakes today. I stumbled across the class when it showed up in the friends who responded to events on Facebook notifications. The title caught my eye & I said “why not?” and it was lots of fun.
What do you think? I think for a first try they came out pretty good. I may go back in and detail out the butterflies a bit more but for now I’m content with where they’re at and can turn them into cards if I want. I used Brutus Monroe Flower Burst & Simple Stories Simple Vintage Garden District Beautiful Butterflies stencils. I think Simple Stories needs to shorten the name a bit, that’s a mouth full. 😊
I have more creating in store for the weekend as I am having a class on Monday afternoon. It fit well into everyone’s schedule.
